KYGEVVI preparation, dosing, and administration
KYGEVVI is taken 3 times a day orally or by feeding tube
The full one-day supply of KYGEVVI solution is prepared once in the morning and taken in 3 equally divided doses every 6 hours (plus or minus 2 hours) with food.

Preparing the full one-day supply of KYGEVVI
Things to know before preparation
• KYGEVVI comes as a packet containing a powder for oral solution
• A full one-day supply of KYGEVVI solution should be prepared each morning
• The solution should be prepared at room temperature (between 20ºC - 25ºC or 68ºF - 77ºF)
• Only the provided administration kit should be used to prepare the solution. Do not use household devices like measuring cups or spoons
• KYGEVVI should be prepared and administered by adults only
KYGEVVI preparation
Only use room temperature drinking water to prepare KYGEVVI. Do not mix with any other liquids or foods.
Pour the prescribed amount of water into the mixing bottle first. Then add the entire packet contents.
Screw the dosing cup tightly onto the mixing bottle and gently invert the mixing bottle back and forth at least 20 times.
Dosing and administration—KYGEVVI should be taken 3 times a day in equally divided doses
Take KYGEVVI with food about every 6 hours. You can take it 2 hours earlier or later if needed.
Before each administration, mix the already prepared solution by slowly turning the mixing bottle upside down and back at least 3 times.
• KYGEVVI solution can be taken orally or with a feeding tube. If a feeding tube is used, manufacturer instructions should be followed
• If the dose is spit out, or if a complete dose may not have been taken, another dose should not be taken. The next dose should be taken at the scheduled time

What to do if you miss a dose
If you miss a dose of KYGEVVI, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is within 2 hours of your next scheduled dose, do not take the missed dose. Take your next dose at your next scheduled time. Do not take 2 doses to make up for the missed dose.
Do not modify or discontinue treatment without talking to your doctor.

Take or give KYGEVVI exactly as your healthcare provider tells you. Your healthcare provider should tell you when and how much KYGEVVI to take or give
Your healthcare provider may change your or your child’s dose of KYGEVVI depending on how you or your child responds to treatment and based on your or your child’s weight

Storing KYGEVVI oral solution
Store the prepared KYGEVVI solution at room temperature between 68°F to 77°F or refrigerate between 36°F to 46°F
Discard any remaining oral solution 16 hours after preparation or after taking or giving the 3 doses, whichever comes first.
